1. When signing up for our Junior Summer Program, you circle or mark the days that you will be attending for that Session.  Summer session 1 runs from May 28th to June 27th.  The summer program is designed for flexibility, so you do not have to attend the same days each week.

2. If you are unable to attend a class that you are signed up for, you must give 12 hours written notice via email to sceneytennisbrad@gmail.com  If you do so you can move that day to another day within the session.

3. If you do not attend a class that you are signed up for and written notice is not provided more than 12 hours before the class you will not receive a credit for that class.

 4. All participants must complete an online application form for the classes. At the time of the application please indicate the payment method. Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and AMEX are all acceptable forms of payment. All payments must go through Sceney Tennis LLC.  Please email Brad with a completed Credit Card on File Form before first class. If application is not received for class, students will be billed at the drop in rate of $20 per hour.

5. All junior classes follow a teacher/student ratio of 6:1.

6. Red, Orange, and Green classes will only be canceled due to poor weather or if courts are unsafe to play on from prior rain.   We will communicate via the email that was submitted with the application if this is the case.  If no message is received, then the class is on.  We will not be able to respond to individual text messages.  Yellow  classes will not be canceled, if courts are wet they will have indoor video analysis and fitness training.

7. Missed classes do not carry over to the next session.

8. To attend a separate class, you must email Brad Sceney at sceneytennisbrad@gmail.com prior to the class to make sure there is room in the class available. If you do not do this, it is possible you will not be able to attend that class if the ratio is too high.
