1. When you register for our Junior Program, you’re committing to the same day and time each week. If your child is enrolled for more than one day, those days must stay consistent throughout the session.
    

2. All participants must fill out an online registration form before starting. Your spot is confirmed only once payment is processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. All payments go directly through Sceney Tennis. If no form is submitted, players will be charged the drop-in rate of $24/hour.
    

3. The listed class prices assume participation starting the first week of the session. Late registrations are permitted after the first week, space permitting, at a pro-rated rate plus 5% of the full program fee.
    

4. Classes are only canceled for inclement weather or when courts are unsafe from prior rain. Decisions around cold weather will be made in real time based on safety and playability.
    

5. If we need to cancel a class due to weather, we will notify families via GroupMe for that specific class group. We’re unable to respond to individual texts.
    

6. The Yellow Ball sessions (3–5 PM and 5–7 PM) always run rain or shine and will not be canceled for weather.
    

7. Our 8-week class schedule is spread over a 9-week period, running from August 4 through October 4. One week is built in for potential rainouts. If no sessions are missed due to weather, we may offer additional bonus classes at an added cost. (Yellow Ball sessions always run all 9 weeks regardless.)
    

8. If you miss a class, you may request to attend a different class within the same session — but only with prior approval from the Tennis Director. No credit is given for missed classes that can’t be made up.
    

9. We’ve scheduled an additional weather makeup day on Saturday, October 4, if needed. This will only be used in the event of more rainouts than expected.
    

10. Classes missed due to illness must be made up during the current session. They do not carry over to the next session.
     

11. To attend a different class, you must email Bill DeMartini at sceneytennisbill@gmail.com ahead of time to confirm availability. Without this step, you may not be allowed to attend if the class is already full.
     

12. If your child sustains an injury that prevents them from completing the full session, please email Bill DeMartini to discuss. Requests made after the session has ended will not be eligible for credit.
