Blaine Sumpter is a certified RSPA Elite Professional with over 15 years of coaching experience. His coaching philosophy is rooted in a deep commitment to player development at all levels. Blaine is a graduate of the Professional Tennis Management Program at Ferris State University and holds additional certifications in USTA Sports Science and High Performance Coaching.
Before joining the team at Crooked Creek, Blaine spent four years coaching at a private club in the Alpharetta/Milton area where he worked with both USTA & ALTA adult and junior programs. Since 2010, he has served as a USTA junior tournament travel coach, working with players competing in USTA Southern and National-level tournaments. In 2014, Blaine led the Brookwood High School Men’s Tennis Team to capture its third GHSA 7A State Championship in four years.
Outside the tennis world, Blaine and his wife Tiffany own and operate Sumpthin’ Tuitt Farm, a 17 acre hunter & jumper equestrian facility in Cumming, GA. In his free time, Blaine enjoys spending quality time with his son Zeke and daughter Rori, watching sports, traveling, and taking on building and repair projects around the farm.
